Meet our Team

Collum Consulting joins the highly competitive market of political consulting with a specialization that is not currently being offered in Texas politics, the realm of education. All employees have education experience and/or a background in the Texas Legislature in Austin.  

Tera Collum has 13 years of teaching experience in the DFW area. She was Executive Director for Teachers for Texas. Most recently she was the Education Reporter for Texas Scorecard and the District Director for Rep. Jeff Cason. She attended Texas Tech University and University of North Texas, where she received a degree in Public Administration, History and Communication. 

Katherine Roberts has background in Financial planning and 5 years of teaching experience in the DFW area. She has a vast knowledge of advanced placement and the Early College program. Currently, is teaching Advanced Placement Human Geography in the DFW area.  She attended Oxford University, studying Renaissance history. She attended archeological field school at Durham University in the UK and graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Classics in 2013.
